Steve, the creator of SweatBox/SweatBotics is a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Fitness Coach, and Life Coach who instructs clients in SweatBotics, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Weight-lifting, Athletic Competition, High-Intensity Circuit Training, and Nutrition. He creates fitness systems that educate, motivate, and instruct clients in reaching their fitness goals and full potential. Recently he was the Sports Director at an International School in South America where he coached teams in the areas of track and basketball. He also taught classes in fitness, nutrition, and weight-lifting. He is a practitioner of SweatBotics, weightlifting, plyometric training, cycling, calisthenics, running, Jujitsu, and high-intensity circuit training.
Sarah, the creator of SweatBotics holds a Master's Degree in Exercise and Nutritional Science. She is a Professional Trainer, Fitness Coach, Group Fitness Trainer/Manager and Life Coach who instructs clients in SweatBotics, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Weight-lifting, Athletic Competition, High-Intensity Circuit Training, Group Fitness Training, and Nutrition. She creates fitness systems that educate, motivate, and instruct clients in reaching their fitness goals and full potential. She is a Triathlete and a practitioner of SweatBotics, weightlifting, plyometric training, calisthenics, running, cycling, high-intensity circuit training, and wall-climbing.
Prices below are for one person and based on traveling to your house, job, a designated park, or place. Must meet at the same place, day, and time (hour) every 4 week period.

Fitness Consultation and Fitness programming:
Single 60-minute session with 4-week written fitness program: $100 *Full payment due on training date
Two 60- minute sessions, 4 weeks apart with 8- week written fitness program $190 (Second session occurs four weeks after the first) *Full payment due on first training date
Three 60-minute sessions, 4 weeks apart with 12- week written fitness program $270 (Second and third sessions occur 4 weeks apart) *Full payment due on first training date
Payment and Contract Details:
*First payment is due on the day that the training begins, and following payments are due before the start of the next four -week period. All sessions must be completed twice a week within each four-week period from the start date. Sessions are not allowed to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. A set time and day must be agreed upon and maintained throughout the duration of the four-week payment period.
*With the purchase of the Sweatbox (visit www.sweatbotics.com ) the first two weeks of training on any contract are free and then payments will be made based on total weeks of training selected.
Note: If you suffer from any chronic medical disorder (diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, etc. then you must obtain a written document of consent (Release) signed by your doctor to begin. If you suffer from any type of heart disease or have suffered a heart attack or stroke, we are not permitted to train you.
45 Minute Consultation – includes Preliminary Health and Medical Questionnaire – No Charge
After free consultation, pay each 4 week session of training at the beginning of the first session. The client will enter into an agreement with SweatBotics LLC. The client will be charged at the beginning of every 4 week period of training sessions until sessions are completed. If payment is not received before beginning the next 4 week training session, sessions will be voided and client will pay the remainder of the contract period plus late fees.
The Program/System: Two sessions per week until the selected fitness program is finished. (Monday through Saturday). Choose a one-hour (block of time) between 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Choose a time/schedule that will be the same for all days, Monday through Saturday. Example for a fitness program of two sessions of 60 minutes training per week: Monday and Wednesday 8:00 to 9:00 AM.
Our trainers travel to the client's home, job, or specified park/place to train clients. (Must be within 20-mile radius. If further additional charges will be added.
Prioritize your health/fitness: Choose a time (one-hour block), then reschedule all other appointments and responsibilities, work schedule, etc., around your fitness (exercise EVENT) time. If you are serious about obtaining a new life, then you must begin to change how you think and understand fitness and nutrition. Therefore, re-prioritize your life, and make fitness part of your life, not just something added! Cancellations, changes, and excuses will not be accepted. If you cancel for any reason, you will lose the session. No Makeups allowed! From experience the clients who are committed are the ones who have the best results. We have been training clients for a long time and know what works. Holding clients accountable and accepting No Excuses, is part of the training you are purchasing.
Note: No cancellations or postponing of sessions permitted - Training must be completed within the prescribed time frame shown above. For example: 4 weeks of training must be completed within four weeks of the start date.
